Mission Statement

Light and Life Therapy provides high-quality, person-centered mental health care rooted in the values of love, joy, peace, hope, patience, and kindness to bring healing to the world.

What to Expect

After we have received all of your information and the appointment has been scheduled, you will meet with your therapist who will provide an overview of the therapeutic process and gain an overview of your history and reasons you are coming for care.  Your therapist will work with your schedule to identify how often and when the best times to meet will be.

Following your first session, your therapist will work with you to create a treatment plan, with specific goals and objectives, to ensure that your needs are being met.
